This standard specifies the safety technical requirements and measures for guillotine shears.
This standard applies to guillotine shears and their auxiliary devices used for cutting metal plates or other plates (such as cardboard, plastic, rubber, leather, etc.). This standard does not apply to non-linear shears and crocodile-style shears.
