GB 28380-2012 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy grades for microcomputers

Scope

This standard specifies the energy efficiency limits, energy-saving evaluation values, test methods, and inspection rules for desktop microcomputers, integrated desktop microcomputers with display functions (referred to as all-in-ones), and portable computers (hereinafter collectively referred to as microcomputers).
This standard applies to general-purpose microcomputers, but not to workstations and industrial computers.
This standard does not apply to microcomputers with two or more independent graphics display units, nor to microcomputers with a rated power supply output greater than 750 W.
This standard does not apply to portable computers and all-in-ones with a screen diagonal of less than 0.2946 m (11.6 inches).
