Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, calculation methods, and test methods for desktop microcomputers, integrated desktop microcomputers with display functions (referred to as "all-in-ones"), and portable microcomputers (referred to as "microcomputers").
This document applies to general-purpose microcomputers.
This document does not apply to:
a) Tablets, desktop/rack-mounted workstations, and industrial application microcomputers;
b) Microcomputers with two or more independent display units;
c) Microcomputers with a rated output power of more than 500 W;
d) All-in-ones and portable microcomputers with a diagonal screen size of less than 294.6 mm (11.6 in).
