This document proposes an intelligent manufacturing service process model, and stipulates the general requirements for each stage of service planning, service design, service implementation, service improvement, and service assurance. This document is applicable to guiding intelligent manufacturing service providers to provide standardized services, and to assist clients in selecting and restricting service providers. It is also applicable to third-party organizations in evaluating and certifying intelligent manufacturing services.
