Scope
This standard specifies the determination method of soy isoflavones in health foods.
This standard is applicable to health foods (tablets, capsules, oral liquids, beverages) with soy isoflavones as the main functional ingredients, and can also be used to determine the content of soy isoflavones in health food raw materials.
The detection limit of this standard: For solid and semi-solid samples, the detection limits of daidzein, genistein, daidzin, daidzein, genistein, and genistin components are all 5 mg/kg; for liquid samples, the detection limits of daidzein, genistein, daidzin, daidzein, genistein, and genistin components are all 0.2 mg/L.
