Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and contract content for high-graphite cathode blocks used in aluminum electrolysis. This standard applies to high-graphite cathode blocks (hereinafter referred to as "cathode blocks") used in the construction of aluminum electrolysis cells.
