This part of YS/T 63 specifies the determination of the true density of carbon materials for aluminum by the helium specific gravity method.
This part is applicable to the determination of the true density of cathode carbon blocks, prebaked anodes, and calcined petroleum coke. Other solid materials can also refer to this method.
This part is not applicable to graphite materials.
