Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of aluminum alloy and stainless steel flat (plate) gates (hereinafter referred to as gates).
This standard applies to water supply, drainage, and water conservancy, hydropower, and other projects, where the medium is water, the temperature is less than or equal to 65℃, the nominal pressure is less than 0.1 MPa, and the orifice area is less than or equal to 9 m2 for gates.
