Scope
This standard specifies the methods for determining nitrogen in forest soils, including the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method, the continuous flow analyzer method, and the elemental analyzer method. It also describes the alkali-soluble nitrogen determination method for forest soils, the colorimetric method for determining hydrolyzable nitrogen in forest soils, and the continuous flow analyzer method for determining nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in forest soils.
