Scope

This document specifies the classification and product marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of marine multi-functional incinerators (hereinafter referred to as incinerators).
This document is applicable to incinerators with a unit heat capacity of no more than 4,000 kW, used for incinerating garbage and other waste generated during the normal operation of ships (such as waste from maintenance, operation, living, and cargo transport).
This document is not applicable to incinerators with special purposes, such as those used for incinerating chemical substances, production waste, and other industrial waste.
