Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of tofu skin (fermented dried tofu). This standard applies to non-fermented soybean products, including tofu skin, tofu skin strips, and tofu skin knots, which are made from soybeans as the main raw material and processed through screening, washing, pulping, boiling the pulp, making skin, stacking (slicing, tying or rolling), drying, and packaging.
