Scope

This part of GB/T 35031 specifies the relationship model between the user-side energy management system and energy suppliers and energy service providers, the interoperability architecture of the user-side energy management system, and the general requirements for security protection of the user-side energy management system. This part is applicable to guiding the design, development, construction, operation and maintenance, and management of user-side energy management systems. Note: The user-side uses various forms of energy, including electricity, water, gas, heat, and cold. Electricity is the most commonly used form of energy by the user-side, and its informatized management is representative of the management of other forms of energy for the user-side. For the sake of brevity, the requirements for the user-side energy management system in this part are mainly described through electric energy, but are not limited to electric energy management and are also applicable to the management of other forms of energy.
