Scope

This part of GB/T 35031 establishes a functional reference model for the subsystem interface gateway and stipulates the basic functional configuration requirements. It proposes functional requirements from five aspects: communication with the CEMS subsystem, communication with the CEMS main station, local management, data management, and energy management. On this basis, it also provides general requirements for six aspects, including electrical, mechanical, inspection, labeling, packaging, and storage and transportation.
