GB/T 44179-2024 Composite hollow core station post insulators with a.c. voltage greater than 1 000 V and d.c. voltage greater than 1 500 V—Definitions, test methods and acceptance criteria
Basic Information
Scope
This document applies to hollow pillar composite insulators used in power stations, which are composed of a hollow insulating tube made of resin-impregnated fibers that bear loads, insulating filling materials, umbrella sleeves made of silicone rubber, and end metal accessories. The hollow pillar composite insulators defined in this document are generally used in outdoor or indoor environments operating under AC voltages with a rated voltage higher than 1,000 V or DC voltages with a rated voltage higher than 1,500 V. The purpose of this document is to: -- define the terms used; -- specify the test methods; -- specify the acceptance criteria. This document does not specify the characteristic tests of electrical equipment that may eventually become components of the hollow pillar composite insulators used in power stations.
