Scope

In order to strengthen the technical management of urban road construction, standardize construction requirements, unify construction quality inspection and acceptance standards, and improve project quality, these regulations are formulated. These regulations apply to the construction and quality inspection and acceptance of new, reconstructed, and expanded roads, squares, parking lots, and other projects in urban areas. The quality standards of raw materials, semi-finished products, or finished products shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national standards currently in force.
