Scope
This regulation applies to the design, construction, and acceptance of directly buried hot water pipelines for urban heating with a design temperature of less than or equal to 150°C, a design pressure of less than or equal to 2.5MPa, and a nominal pipe diameter of less than or equal to 1200mm in new construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
