This part of GB/T 24572 specifies the principles and characteristics of extracting common flammable liquid residues from fire scenes using activated carbon tablets or activated carbon fibers, as well as the reagents, materials, equipment, and test procedures.
This part is applicable to laboratory extraction of common flammable liquid residues such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and paint thinner from fire scenes.
