Scope
This guideline provides statistical methods for analyzing and evaluating the results of aging tests. It includes methods for representing the mean values of test results based on normal analysis. These methods are only effective when the test data comply with certain assumptions of mathematical and physical laws. This guideline also provides statistical test methods for assessing the validity of certain assumptions.
