GB/T 21223.1-2015 Guide for the statistical analysis of ageing test data—Part 1:Methods based on mean values of normally distributed test results

Scope

This part of GB/T 21223 specifies statistical methods for analyzing and evaluating the results of aging data. It includes numerical methods based on the average values of test results from normal distribution. These methods are only effective when the test data comply with specific assumptions of mathematical and physical laws. It also provides statistical test methods for the validity of certain assumptions. This part is applicable to complete data sets and truncated data sets. It provides a procedure for processing data based on the concept of subgroup data. The references point out the validity of the coefficients used to derive statistical parameters of the data sets in the calculation process.
