Scope
This standard specifies the components of a cloud service level agreement, clarifies the management requirements for cloud service level agreements, and provides common indicators in cloud service level agreements.
This standard applies to:
a) Providing guidance for cloud service providers and cloud service customers (referred to as "both parties") in establishing cloud service level agreements;
b) Providing a reference basis for customers to evaluate the cloud services delivered by providers;
c) Providing a reference basis for third parties to evaluate cloud service level agreements.
