Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of quartz clocks for automobiles (referred to as automotive clocks). This standard applies to various types of quartz clocks for automobiles, the clock components of in-car information displays and vehicle-mounted composite displays, and automotive clock movements may also be used as reference for application.
