Scope
This standard provides the installation and clearance dimensions and technical requirements for split hydraulic cylinders used on agricultural tractors to tow farming implements, as well as for towed farming implements in general.
The technical requirements specified in this standard allow:
—— Interchangeability of hydraulic control between a tractor equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and some towed farming implements designed for this purpose. The tractor has sufficient power at the towing device to operate the farming implements. [ZK)]
—— Replacement of the hydraulic cylinder from one farming implement to another.
This standard applies to the agricultural wheeled tractors specified in Table 1.
