Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for warehouse facilities and equipment for the safe storage of wheat flour, the requirements for entering the warehouse, the requirements for storage control, the inspection during storage, the handling of abnormal situations, the requirements for exiting the warehouse, and record-keeping.
This document is applicable to the safe storage of wheat flour in finished product warehouses such as room-type warehouses and three-dimensional warehouses, where the wheat flour is packaged in commercial bags.
