Scope

This document provides guidelines for building a safe ecological environment in electrical facilities, including general principles of electrical facility safety ecology, factors affecting electrical facility safety ecology such as electrical equipment and systems, environmental and personnel safety coordination, and the role and management of electrical facility safety ecology.
This document is applicable to the construction of a safe ecological environment in electrical facilities that operate with an AC rated voltage of 1,000 V and a DC rated voltage of 1,500 V or lower for electrical equipment and systems.
