Scope
This guidance technical document specifies the basic requirements for voltage and reactive power in 1,000 kV AC systems, the allowable deviation values of voltage, and the technical measures for voltage and reactive power configuration and adjustment. This guidance technical document applies to 1,000 kV AC power transmission and transformation systems, as well as power sources connected to 1,000 kV AC power transmission and transformation systems, hereinafter referred to as 1,000 kV AC systems.
