Scope

1.1GB/T 21412 specifies the design and operation of underwater top wellhead devices, conventional mudline wellhead devices, drilling-through mudline wellhead devices, underwater conventional oil trees and underwater horizontal oil trees, as well as related tools used for handling, testing and installing these devices. It also specifies the design, materials, welding, quality control (including factory acceptance tests), marking, storage and shipment of separate subassemblies (used to construct complete underwater oil tree assemblies) and complete underwater oil tree assemblies. When applicable, this part can also be applied to equipment such as satellite wells, cluster wells and multi-layer completion platforms.
