Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements, evaluation methods and requirements for the road bridge passage assessment of oversized transport vehicles, as well as the content and requirements of passage monitoring. This document is applicable to the safety assessment and real-time monitoring of oversized transport vehicles passing through reinforced concrete girder bridges on highways in Shaanxi Province. The passage assessment of other types of highway bridges can be implemented with reference to this document.
