GB/T 28766-2018 Natural gas—Performance evaluation for analytical systems
Basic Information
Scope
1.1 This standard specifies a method for evaluating the suitability of natural gas analysis systems, which can be applied in the following situations:
a) Determine the composition range of the sample gas suitable for the evaluation method when using specific calibration gases to meet the maximum allowable error and uncertainty requirements for composition and/or physical properties;
b) Evaluate the error and uncertainty of the physical properties parameters measured by the instrument and/or calculated based on the composition when analyzing gases with a given composition range using specific calibration gases.
1.2 The following conditions are required for using this standard:
a) For the evaluation in 1.1(a), the acceptable uncertainty range for composition measurement and the physical properties parameters calculated based on it has been clearly specified;
b) For the evaluation in 1.1(b), the analysis requirements such as the range of the measured composition and the physical properties parameters calculated based on it have been clearly specified;
c) The operating procedures for analysis and calibration have been clearly defined;
d) The composition range of the gases used for evaluating the performance of the analysis system should be as consistent as possible with the range of gas composition changes commonly observed in natural gas transmission and distribution systems.
