Scope
This part of GB/T 6113 specifies the measurement methods for radiation disturbance in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 18 GHz. For the description of measurement uncertainty, see CISPR 16-4-1 and CISPR 16-4-2.

As stated in IEC Guide 107, it is the responsibility of the product committees to determine the applicability of EMC standards. CISPR and its sub-technical committees (corresponding to the SAC/TC 79 Technical Committee and its sub-technical committees in China) cooperate with these product committees in assessing the value of specific tests for their particular products.
