Scope
GB/T 6113的本部分规定了9 kHz～18 GHz频段范围内辐射骚扰的测量方法。关于测量不确定度的描述见CISPR TR16-4-1及CISPR16-4-2。
注：依据IEC导则107，CISPR16-2-3为IEC所属产品委员会使用的基础电磁兼容(EMC)标准。正如IEC导则107所述，产品委员会有责任决定EMC标准的适用性。CISPR及其分技术委员会（对应于国内的SAC/TC 79技术委员会及其分技术委员会)与这些产品委员会在评估其特定产品的特定试验价值展开合作。上述产品委员会对应于国内相关的产品技术委员会。
