DL/T 1180-2024 Guidelines for Supervision and Manufacture of 1000kV Electrical Equipment

Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements, responsibilities, and authorizations for the supervision of 1000kV electrical equipment, as well as the work steps, methods, and systems, work requirements, supervision documents, and reports. This document applies to the supervision of 1000kV transformers, 1000kV reactors, 1000kV switchgear, and 1000kV surge arresters in 1000kV AC substations, as well as 1000kV instrument transformers and the secondary 110kV switchgear of main transformers, parallel 110kV reactors, series 110kV reactors, parallel 110kV capacitors, and insulators (including line insulators) throughout the entire manufacturing process. For similar equipment used in converter stations and shunt reactors, the requirements of this document may be referenced for implementation.
