Scope

This standard specifies the types and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of hot air bonding machines for nonwoven fabrics. This standard applies to hot air bonding machines that use two-component fibers or mixed fibers containing low-melting-point fibers as raw materials. By heating the fibers with hot air, the low-melting-point fibers in the fiber web are melted, allowing the fibers to adhere to each other to form nonwoven fabrics with certain strength. Hot air bonding machines for nonwoven fabrics made from two-component filament yarns can be used as a reference.
