Basic Information

Standard Code: GB/T 9239.1-2006
Standard Type: National standards
Standard Status: Replaced
is_force_gb: no
CCS Name: Mechanical vibration, impact equipment, and dynamic balancing machines
ICS Name: Balancing and balancing machine
Publish Date: 2006-09-08
Implement Date: 2007-02-01

Scope

a) Balance tolerance; b) The number of correction planes required; c) Methods of inspecting residual imbalance. Based on the mechanical type and maximum operating speed of the steady-state (rigid) rotor, recommendations are made for its balance quality requirements. These recommendations are based on domestic and international experience. This part of GB/T 9239 specifies the acceptance criteria for residual imbalance inspection, in order to coordinate the relationship between manufacturers and users of rotating machinery. GB/T 9239.2 discusses in detail the inspection of balance errors and residual imbalance. This part of GB/T 9239 does not include flexible-state rotors. For the balance quality requirements of flexible-state rotors, see GB/T 6557.
