GB/T 9239.1-2006 Mechanical vibration—Balance quality requirements for rotors in a constant(rigid)state—Part 1:Specification and verification of balance tolerances
Basic Information
Scope
a) Balance tolerance; b) The number of correction planes required; c) Methods of inspecting residual imbalance. Based on the mechanical type and maximum operating speed of the steady-state (rigid) rotor, recommendations are made for its balance quality requirements. These recommendations are based on domestic and international experience. This part of GB/T 9239 specifies the acceptance criteria for residual imbalance inspection, in order to coordinate the relationship between manufacturers and users of rotating machinery. GB/T 9239.2 discusses in detail the inspection of balance errors and residual imbalance. This part of GB/T 9239 does not include flexible-state rotors. For the balance quality requirements of flexible-state rotors, see GB/T 6557.
