Scope
This document specifies the general requirements and test contents for high-accelerated life testing of photovoltaic inverters, including low-temperature step-stress testing, high-temperature step-stress testing, rapid temperature cycling testing, vibration step-stress testing, and combined rapid temperature cycling and vibration step-stress testing. This document is applicable to high-accelerated life testing during the R&D, design, and/or trial production phases of photovoltaic inverters. For high-accelerated life testing of photovoltaic inverter components, this document can be used as a reference for implementation.
