Scope

This document applies to black tea with specific quality characteristics, which is processed according to the procedures specified in Section 10.3 of GH/T 1309, and is made from the tender leaves (including dormant new shoots) of tea trees [Camellia sinensis (Linnaeus) O.kuntze] within the Mengding Mountain tea-growing area.
