GB/T 6109.10-2008 Enamelled round winding wire—Part 10:Solderable polyurethane enamelled round copper wire,class 155
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for Class 155 direct-welded enameled copper wires based on polyurethane resin. If the chemical properties of the original resin can be preserved and all the requirements of the enameled wire are met, the resin can be modified. Note: A modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its performance or usage characteristics. Class 155 indicates the thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 155 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 175℃. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended operating temperature of the enameled wire, as this depends on many factors, including the type of equipment used.
