Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, technical requirements, and test methods for permanent magnet synchronous motors.
This document applies to permanent magnet synchronous motors for continuous operation in general or explosion-proof applications, with the following scope:
a) Three-phase AC motors powered by 50 Hz power supply with voltage levels of 1,140 V and below, rated power from 0.55 kW to 1,000 kW, and pole numbers from 2 to 16 for asynchronous start three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors;
b) Three-phase AC motors powered by 50 Hz power supply with voltages of 3 kV (3.3 kV), 6 kV, and 10 kV, cooling methods including IC81W, IC86W, IC71W (IC3W7), IC411, IC416, IC511, IC611, IC616, IC516, and IC666, and rated power from 200 kW to 2,000 kW, with pole numbers from 4 to 12 for asynchronous start three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors;
c) Frequency-controlled power supply motors with voltages of 1,140 V and below, rated power from 0.55 kW to 1,250 kW, and rated speeds from 45 r/min to 6,000 r/min;
d) Frequency-controlled power supply motors with voltages of 3 kV (3.3 kV), 6 kV, and 10 kV, cooling methods including IC81W, IC86W, IC71W (IC3W7), IC411, IC416, IC511, IC611, IC616, IC516, and IC666, and rated power from 200 kW and above, with rated speeds from 45 r/min to 3,000 r/min;
e) Frequency-controlled power supply motors with voltages of 1,140 V and below, rated power from 0.55 kW to 110 kW, and used in elevators.
