Scope
This standard specifies the terms, definitions, basic parameters, and technical requirements for electric vehicle charging stations composed of a microgrid power supply system powered by wind and solar energy, electric vehicle charging equipment, and a dispatch management system. This standard applies to distributed power systems with the following specifications: wind power generation of less than 100kW, photovoltaic power generation of less than 500kW, and energy storage systems of less than 500kW/1000kW·h, where the power generated by wind and solar energy accounts for more than 10% of the total power of the charging equipment in the charging station.
