Scope
This standard specifies the configuration and installation requirements, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for DC energy metering devices used for measuring the electricity consumed by electric vehicles' non-vehicle-mounted chargers (hereinafter referred to as "chargers"), and stipulates the technical requirements for charger metering.
This standard applies to the metering of electric energy consumed by chargers.
