GB/T 41105.2-2021 Non-destructive testing—Measurement and evaluation of the X-ray tube voltage—Part 2:Constancy check by the thick filter method
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the method for verifying the stability of X-ray systems, mainly by verifying the stability of X-ray tube voltage and tube current, and checking and evaluating the changes in X-ray tube voltage and tube current that may be caused by the aging of the anode target of the X-ray tube.
The method specified in this document is based on the situation where the X-ray tube, filter plate, measurement device, and spacing are determined. After determining the thickness of the filter plate, the dose rate is measured.
The method specified in this document is very sensitive to changes in tube voltage, but it cannot measure the absolute value of X-ray tube voltage. Therefore, a reference value needs to be provided and confirmed, such as confirming the reference value in the acceptance test of the X-ray system.
This document is suitable for testers to conduct regular stability checks on X-ray systems using the relatively convenient technique of thick plate filtering.
This document is suitable for consistency checks after replacing components of the X-ray system that may affect X-ray tube voltage.
This document is suitable for all types of X-ray systems, such as constant potential, half-wave rectification, and pulsed high-voltage generators with a tube current greater than 1 mA.
