Scope
This document specifies the method of measuring the X-ray tube voltage using X-ray energy spectroscopy (energy spectroscopy method). The measurement voltage range is 10 kV to 500 kV.
The method specified in this document checks the consistency between the actual voltage and the voltage displayed by the X-ray system controller, and only measures the maximum energy, rather than measuring the entire X-ray energy spectrum.
This document is applicable to high-pressure box-type and constant-potential X-ray systems.
