Scope

This part of GB 25115 and Part 1 set out the major hazards of dryers, especially drum-type dryers with a net volume of more than 160 L, as well as tunnel-type finishing equipment and cabinet-type dryers that include corresponding transmission devices.
This part cites the basic requirements specified in GB/T 15706.1 and GB/T 15706.2 and supplements them according to the requirements of industrial washing machinery, in order to guide designers on how to conduct a hazard assessment (see EN 1050) and select measures to achieve the required safety level.
This part does not apply to the ancillary equipment of dryers.
