Scope

This standard specifies the design and selection principles of interlocking devices with protective devices, which are not limited by energy types (the definitions of the following terms are given in GB/T 15706.1—2007: 3.26.1 "Interlocking device", 3.25.4 "Interlocking protective device", and 3.25.5 "Interlocking device with protective lock").
This standard also sets forth special requirements for electrical interlocking devices (see Chapter 6).
This standard applies to all components of protective devices for starting interlocking devices.
