GB/T 1226-2010 General pressure gauge

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, and storage requirements for general pressure gauges.
This standard applies to mechanical pointer pressure gauges such as spring tubes (C-shaped tubes, disc spring tubes, and spiral tubes), vacuum gauges, and pressure-vacuum gauges (hereinafter referred to as "gauges"). This standard includes stainless steel pressure gauges and pressure gauges with an unusual casing (such as square).
For additional requirements for gauges measuring special media such as oxygen and hydrogen, see the provisions of Appendix A of this standard.
