本文件适用于额定交流电压有效值或直流电压不超过600 V的信息技术设备(3.1.18)、音频设备(3.1.6)、视频设备(3.1.32)、广播接收设备(3.1.7)、娱乐灯光控制设备(3.1.14)及其组合。
本文件也适用于专业用途的上述设备。
具有广播接收功能的设备在本文件的范围内，见附录A。具有非广播无线接口的设备也在本文件的范围内，然而，无需依据本文件对这些接口性能进行评价。
在其他IEC/CISPR标准对应的国家标准(除了GB/T 9383和GB/T 17618)中对本文件适用频段规定了抗扰度要求的设备，不包括在本文件的范围内。
本文件的目的是：
——在0 Hz~400 GHz频率范围内提出要求，使EUT具有足够的抗扰度水平，能够在其使用的环境中按预期运行。
——规定程序，确保试验的复现性和结果的重复性。
由于设备功能的技术融合，性能判据基于功能而不是基于设备来确定。
