GB/T 17618-2015 Information technology equipment—Immunity characteristics—Limits and methods of measurement
Basic Information
Scope
This standard applies to information technology equipment (ITE) defined in GB 9254—2008.
The purpose of this standard is to set appropriate requirements for the inherent immunity of ITE, so that the equipment can function normally in its intended environment. This standard specifies the immunity test requirements for continuous and transient conducted and radiated disturbances, including electrostatic discharge (ESD).
This standard specifies the measurement methods and limit values for ITE in the frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
For special environmental conditions, mitigation measures may be required.
For testing and performance evaluation purposes, some tests are conducted in specified frequency bands or under selective frequency conditions. Equipment that meets the immunity requirements at these frequency points is considered to also meet the requirements in the entire frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
Test requirements are specified for each port considered.
