Scope
This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement inspection procedures, measurement inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement inspection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency labeling of household gas instantaneous water heaters (including condensing water heaters) with a heat load not exceeding 70 kW (hereinafter referred to as "gas water heaters") and gas heating water heaters (hereinafter referred to as "gas heating boilers").
This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labeling for gas water heaters and gas heating boilers. Units entrusting inspection can refer to this rule for reference. Units producing and selling gas water heaters and gas heating boilers can also conduct inspections in accordance with this rule.
This rule does not apply to gas volume water heaters.
The gas water heaters and gas heating boilers accepted for inspection shall be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.
