Scope

This rule stipulates the general requirements and procedures for sampling, testing, and evaluation activities in the measurement and detection process of energy efficiency labels for energy-using products.
This rule applies to the measurement and supervision of energy efficiency labels for energy-using products. For commissioned testing, this rule can be referenced. Units that produce and sell energy-using products can also conduct testing in accordance with this rule.
The energy-using products subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or goods imported and sold by sellers.
