This document specifies the requirements, inspection, user manuals, markings, packaging, storage, and transportation of manned low-pressure chambers.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of manned low-pressure chambers used for medical research, training, and other purposes, where the chamber's internal medium is air and the air pressure does not exceed 46,000 m (with an absolute pressure of no less than 0.138 kPa).
