Scope

This document specifies the measurement and acceptance criteria, test methods, analysis, self-priming test, noise test, and vibration test methods for coaxial pumps of internal combustion engines (hereinafter referred to as pumps).
This document is applicable to acceptance tests conducted in pump laboratories or on pump manufacturers' test benches using clean cold water as the test medium. Other types of tests can be used for reference.
